Huntington Town Council approves Melville Town Center Overlay District

By a 3-1 vote with one abstention, the Melville Town Center Overlay District was approved last Tuesday, this redevelopment will enable the conversion of increasingly vacant office space into a walkable downtown, similar to what already exists in Farmingdale and Patchogue.
