Islip Town to update Comprehensive Plan

Kicking off with a public workshop on Wednesday, January 8th at 6:00 PM, at Town Hall West, the Town of Islip will begin a listening session hearing from the public on an update to their Comprehensive Plan. This plan will consider proposals to improve the supply of affordable housing through transit-oriented development, condominiums, townhouses, and multi-family dwellings.
